Weir End House provides support for individuals who have learning disabilities, mental health problems and autism. Our service is able to provide individuals with a safe and homely environment, where we are focused on building positive outcomes for everyone. We believe it is important for individuals to maintain involvement with the local community and it is our aim to enable people to live as independently as possible in the future. People at the service work very closely with the local community and are involved in various groups and are members of different committees.
